Within days, I was asked to step in as Chief of Staff to align and accelerate the work across the organization. That framework became the foundation of the system I use today. Refined and scaled after a decade of real experience, it's a system built to turn disruption into disciplined execution. 


    As founder, I’ve built the 4Ms Framework® — (Mission, Money, Metrics, Map)—grounded in research and field-tested, a practical system draws on  Stanford’s Strategic Execution Framework, The Balanced Scorecard®, and decades of high-stakes leadership experience.
