I built this work from inside the leadership gap.
At Cisco, I stepped into a new program during a reorganization. For six weeks, my team and I sat without clear direction or meaningful work. Instead of waiting, I built a strategic execution framework and brought it to senior leadership. Within days, I was asked to step in as Chief of Staff and help align and accelerate the work across the organization.
That early framework became the foundation of the 4Ms Leadership Operating System. I have refined it through more than twenty-five years of work with founders, nonprofit executives, and enterprise leaders navigating growth, change, and transformation.
Today, I help leaders create operational clarity: the shared understanding people need to make connected decisions and move together when strategy is sound but execution is not yet aligned.
